Short Bio:
Mr. Magnusson has an extensive experience from various positions within the Automotive Industry and Industrial Segment. He has been working in many countries and brings knowledge all the way from suppliers up to OEMs and end user. His major expertise lies in Business Development and Strategies, Project Management, Customer Relations and Turn-Around strategies.
He has a Masters of Science (Automotive Engineering) from Chalmers University of Technology, Sweden, combined with a dual degree Executive MBA from Tsinghua University, China, and Insead Business School, France.

Martin is also a certified VDA 6.3 auditor

• Sr. Director Strategic Initiatives and Director of Business Excellence for Multek, a leader in advanced interconnects (PCB/FPC) (2019-2021)
• Partner, Caprity Advisory AG, a Swiss based advisory company (2016-201809). Supported M&A deals ranging from EUR 20million to over EUR 700 million
• Investment Director, supported the establishment of an European private equity fund (2017-201809)

• Business Development Manager Commercial Vehicle Sensors for Asia-PAC (Shanghai, China) for TE Connectivity, a world leader in connectors and sensors (2014-2016)
